Training

ERKKERI training is aimed at guidance and counselling personnel working at employment and trade administration, adult education organizations, universities, universities of applied sciences, adult education colleges, organisations within the Finnish Adult Education Association and other organizations and societies.

The structure, content and implementation of courses is process-like; they will develop and strengthen your guidance and counselling skills, thereby enabling you to support the maintenance of regional guidance and counselling services. Furthermore, they facilitate regional multi-professional and cross-disciplinary cooperation through Opin-Ovi events and practices.
